1) Will my vehicle ever be the same?

In today's Collision Industry, it is necessary to keep updating your staff on the repair procedures on all vehicles. At B&K we mandate that all our employees must participate in all available classes & courses each year. By doing this we insure that your vehicle will be restored to its pre-accident condition.

2) How long is your work guaranteed?

All of our workmanship, including painting, has a lifetime warranty at B&K.

3) How can you match my vehicles color?

B&K Collision invests in the top of the line computer paint matching systems that have every color offered on any type vehicle.

4) Can you waive my deductible?

We will need to see your damaged vehicle to determine whether or not we are able to reduce your deductable.

5) Do you have glass replacement at your locations?

B&K offers complete glass service from chip repair to replacement of any glass on any vehicle.

6) Do you do rust repair work?

Although we specialize in collision repair, we do offer minor rust repairs which unfortunately we can not guarantee.

7) Is rental car coverage a good idea?

We recommend that you add rental car coverage to your policy. 6 months of coverage costs less then 2 days in a rental car. The average collision repair length in the industry is 7 to 9 days.

8) How long will it take to fix my vehicle?

Every accident is different. We encourage you to first bring the vehicle in for an estimate so we can order all necessary parts and schedule you in to better expedite the repair process. Our average repair takes 3.2 days - we are very proud of this industry leading statistic!

9) What services do you do that most shops don't?

At B&K we pride ourselves in the final appearance of your vehicle, not only do we restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, we wash, wax, and detail every vehicle that comes into our shop. We also offer mobile estimating, mobile glass replacement and mobile paintless dent repair. We have a shuttle service anywhere in the area. We say "If you drove all the way to us, we should drive you back to your destination." We have 24 hour towing service and have late and weekend deliveries when set up by an appointment.

10) Why should I come to you?

We encourage you not only to ask about us around town, but ask your insurance company about us. We communicate very well with all of Michigan's and all out of state insurance companies. In fact we are an honor shop for several insurance companies.
